The interactive PDF requires a PDF annotation app to use, so we have compiled a list of recommended apps based on your device:

WHY DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD A SEPARATE APP?
The interactive PDF is a hyperlinked file designed to work within a PDF annotation app such as GoodNotes or Noteshelf. Without one, the hyperlinks and interactive features may not function properly. Using an annotation app allows you to write, doodle, type, use stickers, and navigate using the tabs.

IS THE INTERACTIVE PDF COMPATIBLE WITH EVERNOTE OR ONENOTE?
No, the interactive PDF is not compatible with Evernote or OneNote, as these apps do not support hyperlinked PDFs.

CAN I USE THE INTERACTIVE PDF ON PHONES OR COMPUTERS?
Apps like GoodNotes and Xodo are available for desktop and mobile, but the experience may be limited. The interactive PDF is designed to be used on a tablet with an Apple Pencil or stylus, but you can decide what works best for you.

CAN I USE THE INTERACTIVE PDF ON AMAZON KINDLE DEVICES?
You will need to install the Google Play Store on your Kindle Fire tablet to access compatible PDF annotation apps. Here’s an article that may help.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. Click the link to access the download page, then select "Download Now." The zip file will download through your browser or directly to your device. Open your downloads folder, tap or click the zip file to extract it, and you’ll have access to all your files.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY INTERACTIVE PDF?
Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email with a link to access your files. If you don’t see it, check your promo, social, or spam folders. If you still can’t find it, the email may have been entered incorrectly, or there may have been a technical issue. Please contact us, and our support team will assist you.

WHY DOES THE INTERACTIVE PDF DISPLAY TWO PAGES?
The interactive PDF is designed to simulate an open physical planner. It’s best viewed in landscape mode on your tablet (ensure screen orientation is unlocked). You can also use portrait mode and zoom in to view one page at a time.

CAN I RETURN MY INTERACTIVE PDF?
