HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. Click the link to access the download page, then select "Download Now." The zip file will download through your browser or directly to your device. Open your downloads folder, tap or click the zip file to extract it, and you’ll have access to all your files.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DIGITAL DOWNLOAD?
After you complete your purchase, your order may remain open in case you want to add additional items to your order. Sometimes this can cause a delay of up to one hour before the downloads are sent out. You will receive an email with a link to access your files. If you don’t see it, check your promo, social, or spam folders. If you still can’t find it, the email may have been entered incorrectly, or there may have been a technical issue. Please contact us, and our support team will assist you.
