Membership Fees:

• Billing Cycle: Your subscription fees are automatically billed on the same date as your initial transaction each month or year. For monthly subscribers, if the corresponding date does not exist in a particular month (e.g., January 31st), the billing will occur on the last day of the month (e.g., February 28th).
• Renewal Terms: Discounts, rebates, or special offers apply only to the initial subscription term. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the current full subscription rates. Your account will be charged within 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Credit Card Information: To avoid disruptions, please keep your credit card information accurate and up-to-date. Writual Society reserves the right to terminate a subscription if renewal is hindered due to inaccurate or outdated credit card details.
• Access: Access to our platform is granted upon payment of the subscription fees.

Cancelling Account:

• Cancellation Process: Subscribers can easily cancel their subscriptions by visiting their account profile page on the Writual Society platform.
• Valid Cancellation Method: The only valid method for canceling a subscription is through the cancellation link provided on the user dashboard page after logging in. Please note that requests via email will not be considered valid.
• Access Continuation: Upon cancelation, your access will continue until the end of the current charge cycle. For example, if your credit card is charged on the 10th of the month and you cancel on April 25th, you will have access until May 10th.

Refunds:

• Non-Refundable Fees: Subscription fees, including renewing subscriptions, are non-refundable.
• Cancellation Deadline: To avoid charges for the upcoming subscription term, ensure you cancel your plan before the renewal date.

Note: Writual Society may update or modify this policy at its discretion. Subscribers will be notified of any changes in advance. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
