How do I update the payment information for my Writual Planner subscription?Updated a year ago
To update the payment method associated with your Writual Planner subscription (i.e. Writual Box, Writual workbooks, and stickers) please follow these steps:
- Log into your portal via My Account. *If you have not yet created an account, you can click here to complete that step
- Scroll down to find "Your Subscriptions"
- Choose "Manage Subscription" for the product you want to update
- Click on "Update payment method"
