If you're trying to subscribe to a Monthly or Sabbat product but can't seem to add it to your cart, the checkout buttons may be a little confusing. Here's how to make sure you're adding the subscription option rather than a one-time purchase

How to add a subscription to your cart

1. On the product page, select the circle next to Subscribe & Save.

2. Click the purple Add to Cart button below the purchase options.

Important: The gold box showing your delivery frequency is not an Add to Cart button. Even though it may look clickable, you need to use the purple Add to Cart button to add your subscription to your cart.

How to tell which option you've selected

• Subscribe & Save selected: The subscription box expands to show the delivery frequency. As long as you can see the entire Subscribe & Save box, including the delivery frequency and discount, when you click the purple Add to Cart button, you're adding a subscription.

• One-Time Purchase selected: The Subscribe & Save box collapses. If you don't see the delivery frequency, check that you've selected Subscribe & Save before adding the product to your cart.

The purple Add to Cart button works for both purchase options. The important thing is to make sure Subscribe & Save is selected and the full subscription box is visible before clicking it.
