I can't log in and the password reset email never comesUpdated 2 days ago

You are experiencing one of the quirks of Shopify's account update.

Your order history is definitely still attached to your email address, but because Shopify recently moved to a new customer account system, many older accounts weren’t migrated automatically.

If you’re not receiving a password reset email, it usually means an account hasn’t been fully set up in the new system yet. To fix this, you can go to our login page and click "Sign Up Here" using the same email you’ve used with us before. This will reconnect you to your order history and subscriptions.
