Do you offer refunds?

Our core products, i.e. planners, journals, workbooks, Modern Hue Tarot, malas, stickers, and stamps, are all crafted in limited quantities and are not mass-produced. Given the unique and time-sensitive nature of these items, we do not accept returns for refunds. 

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges for store credit are welcome within 14 days of receiving your order on qualified items. To qualify for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact. Subscription (i.e. Writual workbooks, Writual boxes, and stickers), digital, and sale items are not eligible for exchanges.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card and sent via email within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
