What should I do if an item I received was defective or my order was incomplete?Updated 18 days ago


In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, or if your order is incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and work towards a resolution, which may involve a replacement, discount, or issuance of store credit. Please provide your order number and details about the item in question.

Please note that in cases where an order comprises both subscription and non-subscription items, the subscription items will be shipped separately, following the shipping schedule outlined on the respective product page.
