What should I do if my order is delayed, has not moved, or the tracking information hasn't been updated?Updated 17 days ago

We understand it can be frustrating to wait without updated information on the location of your package. If your order is delayed or the tracking information shows no recent updates, please reach out to us to inform us of the issue. We will promptly execute a service request with the shipping carrier to locate your package or, if necessary, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.
