What should I do if my package is showing as delivered but I haven't received it?Updated 2 months ago

This issue often arises when the package is marked as delivered prematurely, but rest assured it typically arrives within a couple of days. If, after 3 business days, the package is still not in your possession, you can take the following steps to resolve the issue with your carrier:

Confirm Your Shipping Address is Correct: You can find the shipping address that was provided on your order confirmation. In some instances, we may receive outdated or incorrect addresses, and in such situations, no claim can be filed.

Check Your Surroundings: We recommend thoroughly searching your mailbox or usual package delivery area. Delivery personnel occasionally leave packages in inconspicuous or less visible locations. Additionally, consider asking your neighbors if they received your package unintentionally.

Contact Your Local Post Office: Get in touch with your local post office to inform them of the issue. They may be able to provide more information about the status of your package or initiate a missing mail search.

File a Claim if Necessary: If the post office confirms that the package is lost, you may need to file a claim for the missing items. The process for filing a claim may vary, but you can find detailed information and instructions on how to proceed by visiting the File a USPS Claim - Domestic page.

Note the Claim Window: It's important to note that the window for filing a claim for USPS Ground Advantage Packages is typically between 15 to 60 days from the shipment date. Be sure to file your claim within this timeframe to maximize your chances of a successful resolution.

You can access all of the essential details about your shipment using the tracking number we provided. If you require further clarification or additional details regarding your shipment, please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist.
