What should I do if there's an issue with my payment method for a subscription renewal?Updated 5 days ago


In the case where a subscription renewal payment does not go through, it is often due to an expired or outdated payment method on file. If you are sure the payment method on file is still valid, please contact us, we will be happy to retry the charge.

To update the payment method associated with your Writual Planner subscription (i.e. Writual Box, Writual workbooks, and stickers) please follow these steps:

  • Login to your Writual Planner account. 
  • Go to the account page (upper right)
  • On the left menu select Subscriptions
  • Once you are in your account management portal, select "Account" from the menu on the right
  • Go to "Manage Payment Methods" at the bottom


If you are sure the payment method on file is still valid, please contact us, we will be happy to retry the charge.
