What should I do if there's an issue with my payment method for a subscription renewal?Updated 2 days ago
In the case where a subscription renewal payment does not go through, it is often due to an expired or outdated payment method on file. If you are sure the payment method on file is still valid, please contact us, we will be happy to retry the charge.
To update the payment method associated with your Writual Planner subscription (i.e. Writual Box, Writual workbooks, and stickers) please follow these steps:
- Log out of your Writual Planner account.
- Go back to the login page (but don't log in yet!)
- Wait a second for the "Manage Subscriptions" link to load in at the bottom of the page (or click on the one right here)
- Login using the login code that will be sent via SMS and Email
- Once you are in your account management portal, select "Address & Payment Details" from the menu on the right
- Go to "Manage Payment Methods" at the bottom
